I appreciate you taking the time to learn about my psychology practice and background. I do psychotherapy with older adolescents, couples, families, and individual adults both in person and by telehealth who have difficulties in dealing with emotions, behavior, and/or relationships.

If you decide to see me, we will work towards achieving the goals you have identified in our first few meetings. We will work to modify unhealthy and undesirable emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while improving coping skills. I believe in not only working on problem areas but also building on strengths and increasing resilience to stress. We will practice stress management, improving relationships and positive coping skills.
